Pillar 03 · Data & Accountability
Evidence into action.
A federated scorecard system gives every Nigerian state a transparent picture of progress on child health and nutrition — and the levers to act on it.
Why federated scorecards?
Each state owns its own data and its own targets. The Nigeria Governors' Forum publishes consolidated scorecards twice a year — creating peer accountability and rewarding the states moving fastest on child outcomes.
